46 yo F with Right breast cancer. 36C/D cup size. Did staging breast reduction with galaflex with lumpectomy to remove the cancer. Then 6 mos later did bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with prepectoral direct to implant reconstruction with galaflex. Then final photos are 1 yr post op from second surgery.
